on 19 February Disciples Community team visited Mapinga wards in Bagamoyo District in Pwani Region to support Tausi a Widowed mother, this is part of Women Headed Household Program which aim to meet the basic needs of widows and their orphan children, removing barriers that hinder children’s health and education progress.
In 2022, Tausi suddenly lost her husband and was left with five children, it was a very difficult test for her. She had to move out of the city and go to live in mapinga so that she could afford living expenses. She still has not been able to support her children very well. Bless you for directing your sacrifice to the needy, as Disciples Community we have paid her rent which will cover her for three months, we provided school stationeries and food. She still needs food, health insurance and capital to support herself and the children.
