Mental Health in Marriage: This topic aimed to provide awareness about the importance of mental health for women in the marriage relationship. Dr. Garvin Kweka touched on the mental health challenges that can arise in the marital environment and ways to recognize and deal with them. Participants were given techniques to strengthen their mental health and create a healthy environment in their marriages.
Economy and Finance: This topic discussed how women can focus on economic and financial issues in a sustainable way. Expert Jacquiline Temu touched on ways to invest, manage income, and build economic prosperity for families based on their personalities. The participants found ways to make
The meaning and importance of the purpose of marriage. The participants had the opportunity to reflect on their personal goals and with their partners, and how to implement them within the marriage. The topic aimed to strengthen the participants’ understanding of the purpose of marriage and their role in bringing about positive changes in their marriages. Expert Cecilia Mtalika gave advice on building and maintaining a good relationship, dealing with conflicts, and promoting love and understanding between married couples. Participants were enlightened on how to maintain a healthy and happy marriage.
The participants of the Seminar said that this seminar has great importance for women by providing light and methods to improve their lives in various aspects of marriage and social life. It is hoped that the participants gained knowledge and guidance to use in their daily lives.
